Paul Smith
Executive Director
Mr. Smith became a member of Phi Lambda Chi Fraternity at the Gamma Chapter/University of Arkansas-Monticello in Monticello, AR. Mr. Smith has been a dedicated alumnus of Phi Lambda Chi Fraternity, serving several years as the Vice President of External Affairs, and Executive Director. Brother Smith is also one of only five brothers to receive the top honor of our fraternity, the Bobby J. Thompson Excelsior Award.
Kristopher London
President
Mr. London became a member of Phi Lambda Chi at the Tau Chapter/Texas A&M University-Texarkana, in Texarkana, TX. Kristopher graduated with a Bachelor Degree with an emphasis in Mass Communications and has recently completed his Masters of Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.

Keith Beason
Vice President of Chapter Operations
Mr. Beason became a member of Phi Lambda Chi at the Nu Chapter/Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, AR. Keith also received the honor of being named Phi Lambda Chi Man of the Year at the 2008 National Convention. Keith also received a Master of Science Degree in Adult and Higher Education from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
Jacob McGuire
Vice President of Internal Affairs/Finance
Mr. McGuire became a member of Phi Lambda Chi at the Sigma Chapter/University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. Jacob graduated with a Bachelor Degree with an emphasis in Mass Communications and has recently completed his Masters of Public Administration from the Clinton School of Public Service.
Jesse Merrit
Vice President of External Affairs
Mr. Merritt became a member of Phi Lambda Chi Fraternity at the Sigma Chapter/University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha, OK. Jesse credits Phi Lambda Chi for teaching him the leadership and organizational skills needed to be successful after college and is dedicated to sharing that experience with our undergraduate chapters.
